Owner/General Manager

Staci Stroin

  • Staci has worked in Food and Beverage for over 30 years. Her Food and Beverage career began in her hometown of Millstone Twp, NJ at the historic Clarksburg Inn. Upon moving to Missouri, she honed her skills for 20 years at Bass Pro Shop's Big Cedar Lodge in both restaurants as well as banquet facilities. Working alongside some of the top professionals in the field, she learned what it means to be both genuine and detailed in her work ethic. Staci has always dreamed of owning her own restaurant and is thrilled to be the new owner of Soleil Bar and Grill at Crystal Beach!

Executive Chef

Luis Rosado

  • Chef Luis has worked in Food and Beverage for over 30 years. He is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and trained at The Ritz Carlton in Puerto Rico where he was a Banquet Chef. Chef Luis was also Private Chef to the Governor of Puerto Rico before moving to Florida. He worked for years at the Sandestin Resort where he was named Manager of the Year. Chef Luis prides himself on excellence of standards as well as a deep understanding of business financials and expectations. He is humble yet holds himself and his team to a high standard.

Assistant General Manager

Dylan Van Slyke

  • Dylan began his Food and Beverage career at Los Antojitos Mexican Restaurant in nearby Panama City, Florida. He is a graduate of Valdosta State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in acting. Dylan was pursuing acting when he applied to Soleil as a Host. He proved to be a quick learner and quickly moved into various positions at Soleil, excelling in each of his duties. He was named Assistant General Manager in April 2023. Dylan's upbeat personality and strong work ethic make him a strong Front of House asset. He is an integral part of Soleil's success.
